You can return your item when it is damaged or contains any errors compared to your order, like size or colour. We will not exchange items or make any refunds if they were received as ordered and in a good condition, as advertised. The parcel with returned item remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
We advise you to register with us and set up your account. This will make our communication in case of return much smoother. Otherwise, please remember to include your contact details and address when returning the items.
When you return your order, just pop your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:
- Your order number
- Which items you’re returning for a refund and why
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return back at our warehouse in Hong Kong in its original condition. Once received, we'll refund your original payment method - this is usually done within 1 working day.
It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 72 hours for all returned items to be refunded.
We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they’re securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
